EPEVER publishes a limited product warranty and supports its products through a worldwide sales and distribution network.
Warranty coverage
EPEVER's published limited warranty covers many products, but the applicable warranty period and coverage may depend on the specific product, purchase date, seller, and the published warranty terms supplied with your purchase.
Please refer to the warranty information included with your product, or confirm the exact terms with your seller or EPEVER support, before making a claim.
How to make a warranty claim
Your first point of contact is the seller from whom you purchased the product. EPEVER states that its verified distributors can provide service and support consultation. If the seller cannot provide service, contact EPEVER directly through its official support channel.
For products purchased from an online shop, EPEVER instructs customers to contact that online shop for warranty claims.
When the warranty does not apply
EPEVER's published warranty excludes claims under the following conditions:
- The product identification information has been altered, defaced or removed.
- Artificial damage, including use in an abnormal environment or failure to follow the user manual.
- Abnormal voltage, such as over-voltage, abnormal shut-off or incorrect voltage settings.
- Accident or abuse, including drops or reversed polarity.
- Disassembly, repair or modification by engineers not verified by EPEVER.
- Contact with water, steam or other liquids.
- Shipping damage caused by improper packaging.
- Damage occurring during installation.
- Lightning, corrosion, fire, floods, earthquakes or acts of God, including force majeure events.
- War, turmoil or strikes.
- Damage caused by a third-party product, hardware, software or accessory.
- A stolen product.
- Physical damage to the shell surface that does not affect use of the equipment.
