Scope

These terms govern the use of the corporate website pilot.epever.eu. Purchases in the webshop are governed by the Terms of Sale.

Information

Product information, application guides, sizing tools and articles are provided with care but for general information only. Always follow the manual and local electrical rules, and have systems designed and installed by a qualified person. The sizing calculator gives estimates, not a system design.

Intellectual property

Texts, images, logos, software and documents belong to EPEVER or its licensors. You may download manuals, datasheets and software for use with EPEVER products. Other use requires our written permission.

Accounts and partner applications

You are responsible for keeping your login details secret. Partner applications are assessed at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no unauthorised access, scraping at scale, malicious code, or submitting unlawful content.

Links

We are not responsible for websites of third parties we link to.

Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for damage resulting from use of the general information on this website.
