Who can review
Anyone with an account can write a review. Reviews from customers who bought the product in our shop carry a "Verified purchase" badge; we check this automatically against the order history of the reviewing account. Reviews without the badge are not verified.
No paid or fake reviews
We never pay for reviews, never offer discounts or other rewards for reviews, and never write reviews ourselves. Review invitations after delivery go to every buyer, not only satisfied ones.
Moderation
Every review is moderated before publication. We publish positive and negative reviews alike. We reject reviews that contain personal data of others, offensive or unlawful content, advertising, or content unrelated to the product. We do not change the content of reviews; a rejected review is not published at all.
Ranking
Reviews are shown newest first by default; you can sort by rating.
Your data
We show the display name you choose. You can ask us to delete your review at any time. See the Privacy Policy.
