When we quote

Lithium batteries, energy storage systems, large or pallet orders and some special products are sold by written quotation.

Validity and acceptance

1. A quotation is valid for 30 days unless it states another date. Prices and availability may change after that.
2. You accept by pressing the acceptance link and paying (consumers and card payers) or by written acceptance (business customers on account). The contract is then concluded.
3. The Terms of Sale for consumers or for business customers apply to the resulting order, together with these terms. Consumers keep their right of withdrawal, subject to the dangerous-goods return rules.

Content

The quotation states the products, quantities, prices (consumers incl. VAT, businesses excl. VAT), shipping cost and method (including dangerous-goods transport), delivery estimate and payment terms.

Dangerous goods

Batteries ship separately under ADR, never with other goods. The receiver must be able to accept dangerous goods.

Errors

Obvious errors in a quotation do not bind us; we send a corrected quotation.
