TIS Series (60~100A) MPPT Charge Controller with Load Control

TIS series is an MPPT controller with load output, designed for off grid users who want both efficient battery charging and direct DC load management in one device. Unlike standard controllers that only charge batteries, TIS includes a dedicated load terminal, so small DC appliances or lighting can be connected and controlled through the controller itself. This is especially useful for solar lighting systems, small cabins, RV add on power, monitoring sites, and other setups where DC loads need simple and reliable control. With multiple load control modes, TIS lets users match power use to real world solar conditions. You can choose manual control, dusk to dawn lighting, daytime load operation, timing schedules, or always on mode with automatic low voltage protection. These options help reduce wasted energy and support stable operation even when sunlight changes through the day. On the charging side, TIS uses high efficiency MPPT tracking to harvest more energy from PV arrays. It automatically recognizes 12V 24V or 48V battery systems and offers current sizes from 60A up to 100A, allowing the same series to cover both compact and higher power installations. High PV voltage input models support longer PV strings, which can simplify wiring and improve overall system layout. Selected models also provide dual PV input, giving extra flexibility when panels are installed in different orientations or when PV capacity needs to scale. TIS supports both lithium and lead acid batteries, with charging profiles suitable for common battery types. For lithium systems, BMS communication is available on compatible batteries to improve charging accuracy and safety. When sunlight is sufficient and batteries are absent or disconnected, the controller can operate in no battery mode, allowing PV to supply power directly. For growing systems, up to 6 controllers can be connected in parallel, making future expansion easier without redesigning the whole system. With an easy to read LCD interface, isolated RS485 communication, optional wireless monitoring, and solid electronic protections, TIS delivers a practical combination of MPPT charging, DC load output, and flexible control for everyday off grid solar power.
